“Facing trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, etc. can feeling like entering a wilderness of the mind, heart, and soul. Thankfully, there is a narrow path through all that is wild and untamed that leads back to joy, awe, and wonder. I’d be honored to come alongside you in this journey.”
